4-weeks total (delivery/pick-up on Monday or Friday of each week after 12PM)
First Monday delivery/pick-up: 2/4; Last Monday delivery/pick-up: 2/25
First Friday delivery/pick-up: 2/7; Last Friday delivery/pick-up: 2/28
One loaf/week
Cost: $40 total for home delivery OR $32 total for pick-up (see options in form below)
Pay in full upon receiving your first loaf (cash or check — made out to “White Lotus Farm”).
