Guest Count - Up to 250 guests

Ceremony and Reception Site - Exchange vows under a crabapple tree on the lawn below our production gardens. The downstairs and upstairs of the barn are available as well as the lawn in front of the barn for the ceremony and reception sites.

Dining - If you are interested in having a full farm-to-table cuisine experience, Space Twins Provisions can work with your catering to supply in-season produce for your event based on their availability and schedule.

Florals - We have an on-site flower farm and florist team called ‘Space Lotus’, a White Lotus Farm and Space Twins Provision collaboration. If you are interested in farm fresh blooms for your event, see our Flowers page for more information.

Pricing and what’s included

$6000 for the 2025 Season includes:

  • Full Day for your Event at our Barn & Grounds

    You have use of the barn and grounds from 10 am to 12 am, plus time for you to arrange clean up the following day until 12 pm. We will help you coordinate your ceremony & reception and more both inside and outside of the barn.

  • Rehearsal & Prep Time 4-Hour Block on Previous Day

    We provide a courtesy 4-hour window the afternoon of the day before your event (depending on availability), for rehearsal of your ceremony and drop-off/set-up of supplies.

  • Event Barn

    There is a rustic chandelier and string lighting which brightens the space, ample power and water available, a level and compact graveled first floor. A large dance floor is available for use and can be set up if requested. The west wing of the first floor has a sliding door to access an outdoor covered bar area. The upstairs loft is fully furnished with multiple seating areas, area rugs and a large full-length mirror.

  • Ample parking

    Please plan to have 1-2 individuals in charge of parking supervision.

  • (1) Professional Serviced Sani-can Unit

    If you would like more restrooms, you can reserve more units or rent a restroom trailer depending on your needs and vision.

  • Farmhouse Suite (sleeps 2-4) and Airstream (sleeps 2)

    The venue rental includes a stay in the Farmhouse Suite and Airstream on-site the night of your event. Accommodation details, including check-in information, will be provided after booking your event.
