February Monthly Sourdough CSA
- 4-weeks total (delivery/pick-up on Monday or Friday of each week after 12PM)
  - First Monday delivery/pick-up: 2/4; Last Monday delivery/pick-up: 2/25
  - First Friday delivery/pick-up: 2/7; Last Friday delivery/pick-up: 2/28
- One loaf/week
- Cost: $40 total for home delivery OR $32 total for pick-up (see options in form below)
- Pay in full upon receiving your first loaf (cash or check — made out to “White Lotus Farm”).
- Please include your cell phone number in the form below to receive a reminder text each week on your bread day.

Subscriptions are for a hand-crafted, organic sourdough loaf — each loaf will be a mix of white wheat flour and whole wheat.

Delivery/Pick-Up

Please specify delivery/pick-up preferences (important details about each location below). THE PORT TOWNSEND VINEYARD WINERY: This is the W. Sims Way location. This option is only available for MONDAY bread days. If you do pick up at the winery, you must pick up bread from 12PM - 5:45PM (before winery closing). If you are unable to make this time, your loaf will be donated. Thank you for understanding. WHITE LOTUS FARM & INN: Our address is 3723 Beaver Valley Rd, Port Ludlow. Please pick up bread from 12PM - 7PM on your bread day. At this time, the drainage in our driveway is an issue during the rainy season. We advise visitors to wear boots or old shoes when picking up loaves at our farm. HOME DELIVERY: Include your home delivery in the message section below if this is your preference.
