Our Vision

We do not consider ourselves the owners of this land. The story of this land goes back beyond the time of human existence.  Instead we are so fortunate and grateful to work with this land in providing us an opportunity to fully own ourselves. By working to cultivate and harvest our own foods, build and maintain our own structures, pay heed to the gifts and callings that come forth, break down and face our shadows, play, laugh and express ourselves to the fullest.

We are also privileged to be the leaders of how others conduct themselves on this land, and we intend to take full responsibility in holding that privilege to the highest honor.  Which is why we are excited to invite others to this land and to provide them their own experiences and tools to fully own themselves.

We intend to create an environment that challenges and encourages all visitors to engage in expressing themselves.  We ask that visitors strive to leave all pressures of how they feel they “should” be based on what others see them or think of them as at the door.  Instead we intend to provide an environment and an experience that promotes each person to express what is truly being called forward from within themselves.  For some this may be easy, and for many others it will likely be a challenge, and it will unquestionably appear different for every individual.

Our Mission

To cultivate an environment that welcomes and challenges others to connect with and appreciate themselves, each other and the natural world on a deeper level than when they arrived.  We strive to find a balance of welcoming and support with healthy responsibility and challenge. From the moment you arrive until long after you leave, we opportunities for self expression, self discovery, deep listening, creativity, curiosity, reflection, relaxation, challenge, and celebration.
