Whole Lamb Share

$100.00

December 2025 Pick Up

Whole Share: ~30-70lb, ~$13-15/lb

Our whole lamb share is a great option for couples and small or large families and households to stock up on meat for at least a few months, or get creative and divvy up amongst your friends! You will be able to custom order a large variety of freshly frozen cuts, including chops, roasts, ground and soup bones. You can also choose sausage and additional ground meat for an added cost (see below).

This year, we are excited to work with Peninsula Harvest and Moonlight Meats in Sequim for our harvest and butchering! This family run, WSDA certified operation is the regional industry leader in conscious, top quality harvest and butchery. To learn more about what sets them apart and why we’ve decided to work with them, click here.

Cost Breakdown:

  • $8/lb hanging weight paid to the farmer (us!)

  • $225 harvest and butchering fee + additional fees for add-ons (see price sheet here)

Process/Payment:

  • Pay the $100 deposit now to secure your share.

  • Soon after harvest, you will receive a call from Moonlight Meats to take your custom butchering order. Don’t worry if it’s your first time - they’ll talk you through it!

  • Once your order has been processed (late December), an invoice will be sent via Quickbooks to your provided e-mail for the remaining balance of the lamb fee. Please pay online via card or by check.

  • Butcher and harvest fees will be paid directly to Moonlight Meats when you pickup your order (pickup timing and information will be provided once your share has been received by the butcher)

Example: 50lb Hanging Weight Whole Lamb Share, Picked Up at Butcher

  • 50lb x $8/lb = $400

  • $400 + $225 = $625 total

  • $100 deposit paid up front, $300 paid to us once share has been processed, $225 paid to butcher at pickup

Pick-up at the Butcher: Moonlight Meats is located at 665 N 5th Ave, Sequim, WA. The pick-up timing and directions will be given to you from the butcher once they have processed your share. As of now, pick-up will most likely be available the week of December 15th, if not the following week.

PLEASE NOTE: Exact hanging weight will vary with each animal (~30-70lbs) - please choose “smaller” or “larger” share when checking out if you have a strong preference and we’ll do our best to meet your request! (PS. the heavier the share the better the $/lb!)
